About Molly

In my 16+ years working as an international civil servant in the United Nations, largely in the field of human resources, I found myself in good company with folks deeply committed to a safer, just future for all. I also saw the dark side of that pursuit, in the significant gaps between our vision and how we related to each other on a daily basis that undermined our effectiveness as an organization.

In 2015, I went through my own Meta-Transition: the simultaneous dissolution of my marriage and my HR role as I’d known it. I found myself burned out and alone, and I had to rebuild my work and life from the foundation. Trading authenticity for security was no longer an option - I was being invited to reconsider my purpose in all of its manifestations.

This crisis revealed that the gaps between vision and reality in both my work and personal relationships were precisely where I was needed. I found my calling in closing the gap between values and action by bringing coaching to the UN so that we could create a healthy culture within our own teams and departments. I built intentional relationships in my personal life based on clear agreements and boundaries. And most importantly, I sought to integrate my various aspects of self so that my work and personal life were no longer in a constant battle for center stage.

Since that time, I have spent thousands of hours supporting individual leaders, teams and organizations to succeed in their most crucial transitions, and I’m here to help you do the same.

Today, my greatest “transition teachers” are my two young children, who continuously invite me to become a better leader, experience more joy, and find creative ways to rest. I am grateful to live on the Munsee Lenape land also known as Brooklyn, NY.  I take pleasure in wandering about Prospect Park, practicing yoga and discovering new plant-based cuisine.
