After nearly a decade as an international civil servant working in human resources, I realized that organizations often struggle with the very issues they aim to solve. While the UN promoted peace, internally, we grappled with unhealthy power dynamics. During a major business transformation, the lack of attention to people's emotional needs made this painfully clear, and I felt utterly lost in my HR role. At the same time, my marriage ended, leaving me to reinvent my life from the ground up. This disorienting period forced me to confront difficult truths and reshaped my approach to relationships and work. Through this journey, I discovered my true calling: helping others navigate their own transitions with ease, grace and joy. I've spent thousands of hours coaching individuals, partners, teams, and organizations through their toughest moments, and I'm here to support you in finding your path to transformation, too.
